Im australischen Outback gibt es einige Fels-Formationen, die sich über millionen Jahre hin zur beinah perfekten Rampe für Danny Campbell und sein BMX entwickelt haben. Die Pipe ist 14 Meter hoch, 110 Meter lang und sieht sehr beeindruckend aus.
Der Film ist insgesamt sehr schick geworden, tatsächlich gefallen mir die Szenen und Impressionen am Anfang aber besser als die in der Rampe / Pipe.

Danny Campbell negotiated the difficult and dangerous terrain with relative ease after spending a half-day scouting. The rock which appears deceivingly smooth to the naked eye is wicked rough with large elevated patches of uneven surfaces and took all his tactical finesse to negotiate.
