Brass Band covert Daft Punk: The Madd Wikkids Brassft Punk

Daft Punks Album schlägt Wellen. Nicht nur die neuen Songs bekommen Edits und Remixes aus allen Ecken verpasst, auch die älteren Hits werden gern neu interpretiert. The Madd Wikkid haben sich "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger", "Around The World", "Da Funk" und "One More Time" vorgeknöpft und eine Brass Band Version im besten New Orleans Style draus geschustert. Mixtape: Daft Punk – The Samples

Auch (oder ganz besonders) Daft Punk kommen in ihren Songs nicht ohne Samples aus. Anlässlich des Release von "Random Access Memories" haben die Dudes und Dudettes von Whosampled ein Mixtape mit den Tunes gebastelt, die als Blaupause oder Material-Quelle zu Daft Punk Klassikern wie "One More Time", "Aerodynamic" und "Da Funk" dienten. Auf ihrer Seite gibt es außerdem zu jedem Song des Mixes ein zwei Sätze, die durchaus interessant sind.
