Den Amsterdamer DJ Waxfiend hat mir mal DJ Dynamite empfohlen, der seinerseits recht tief in Reggae und Dancehall steckt und bescheid weiß. Daher kennen sich die beiden schon länger und seitdem folge ich ihm auf Facebook und habe gestern diesen Mix von ihm entdeckt und sehr genossen. Sein Sunday Sessions Vol.1 Mixtape ist genau die richtige Stimmung für das aktuelle Wetter.

Little experiment… Last night i was opening @ my residency in Amsterdam: Encore. I was feeling my own set a lot and want to vibe to these tunes while i’m chilling. So i decided to hit record and from the feedback on IG y’all wanted to hear it as well! So maybe this is a start of a new thing.. Just named it sunday sessions. No huge mixing masterpiece but just a simple set, recorded live complete with human mistakes and shit but most importantly: NICE MUSIC YOU DONT GENERALLY HEAR IN THE CLUBS TO RELAX TO.
On a sunday afternoon, on the way home from a festival or club or whatever.
