DJ Chris Read widmet sich wieder mal einem Rap-Klassiker, der Jubiläum feiert. Gang Starrs "Daily Operation" wurde 25. Release war der 5. Mai 1992. In seinem Mix kombiniert er die gesampleten Stücke von Ahmad Jamal, Aretha Franklin, The O’Jays, JBs und vielen anderen mit den Beats von DJ Premier. Der Mix lässt sich exzellent hören. Sehr gute Arbeit.

That anniversary having coincided with the release of our Ahmad Jamal celebration mix, we’ve held this one back a few weeks but are pleased to now share with you this exclusive tribute mix to the much loved LP containing album tracks, interview snippets and of course original sample material.
